Introduction

Sherpa Ministries, a 508(c)(1)(a) unincorporated ministry and Private Ministerial Association (PMA), provides an online platform called Legal Sherpa. Legal Sherpa is an educational platform (“Platform”) designed to assist members in understanding judicial affairs through education and research support. By accessing Legal Sherpa, members agree to the following terms of service. Sherpa Ministries operates within Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction, and all interactions are governed by the principles outlined herein.

Mission

Sherpa Ministries is dedicated to uplifting, enlightening, and empowering individuals through spiritual education, humanitarian efforts, and the pursuit of universal well-being. We aim to serve people by promoting spiritual realization, the betterment of life on Earth, and nurturing communities through faith, love, and compassion. Our mission is to create an environment where people can freely exercise their spiritual rights, deepen their understanding of the divine, and support each other in a spirit of unity, service, and personal growth.

Private Membership Association

Legal Sherpa is provided exclusively to Sherpa Ministries members, a Private Ministerial Association (PMA). By accessing Legal Sherpa, you acknowledge that you are a member of Sherpa Ministries and agree to the rights and obligations that come with such membership.

No Attorney-Client Relationship

Legal Sherpa is an educational and research support service and does not provide legal advice. No one working for or with Sherpa Ministries, including contributors to Legal Sherpa, is licensed to practice law. Members will never have an attorney-client relationship with anyone associated with Sherpa Ministries or Legal Sherpa. If you require legal advice, you are urged to seek assistance from a licensed attorney.

Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction

Sherpa Ministries operates under Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction, and all activities and services provided, including Legal Sherpa, are governed by ecclesiastical principles. Members acknowledge that participation is voluntary and operates outside the jurisdiction of federal, state, and local government entities, except as required by law.

Educational and Research Purpose

The information and resources provided through Legal Sherpa are for educational purposes only. Legal Sherpa offers research assistance to help members understand judicial matters, but this service should not be interpreted as professional legal representation or advice.

To use Legal Sherpa, you may need to create a membership account by selecting a password, providing an email, and submitting the necessary contact information. Ensure all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date. You cannot transfer your membership account to others without written permission.

You must be of legal age to form a binding contract or have parental permission. Use of Legal Sherpa is for personal purposes only and in compliance with applicable laws. Unauthorized use of this Platform is not permitted.

Protect your membership account and password, as you are responsible for all activity under your account.

You may be required to sign up for a membership account, select a password and email address, and provide certain information, such as your contact details. You may not use an email address you do not have the right to use or someone else’s email with the intent to impersonate them. You promise to provide accurate, complete, and updated registration information. Membership account transfers are not permitted without prior written permission.

You must be of legal age to form a binding contract or have parental/guardian permission to use this Platform. You may only use this Platform for personal purposes in compliance with all applicable laws. If your use of this Platform is prohibited by law, you are not authorized to use this platform.

You are responsible for protecting your account and password. Any activity on your account is your responsibility.

Any information or content posted or transmitted through Legal Sherpa is the sole responsibility of the person from whom it originated, and you access such information at your own risk. We are not liable for any errors, omissions, or damages arising from the content you access. Legal Sherpa has no duty to control how you interpret or use the information, and you release us from any liability regarding content obtained through the Platform. You are responsible for any content you contribute and must ensure you have the necessary rights to do so. Legal Sherpa may include links to third-party websites; we assume no responsibility for these sites or their content. By using Legal Sherpa, you agree that any disputes are solely between you and other participants or third parties, and you release us from any related claims or damages.

Legal Sherpa uses a collection of artificial intelligence (AI) models, which are frequently updated, tuned, and changed to improve the information you receive. This information is intended for educational purposes only and may sometimes contain errors. It is your responsibility to validate the provided information through your own research. Legal Sherpa assumes no liability for errors or omissions, and you agree to access this content at your own risk.

Member Donations and Access

Access to Legal Sherpa is available only to members of Sherpa Ministries who contribute membership donations. These donations support the ministry’s mission and are not payments for services rendered. Membership donations are voluntary, allowing members to participate in and access the Legal Sherpa Platform.

No one participating with Sherpa Ministries, including Legal Sherpa, is authorized to represent you in legal matters, interpret legal documents on your behalf, or provide legal advice. The information provided is intended to educate members in conducting their research and understanding their legal matters.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between Sherpa Ministries and its members will be resolved internally by a Sherpa Ministries committee, tribunal, or designee. By agreeing to these terms, you waive your right to pursue complaints or grievances through federal, state, or local agencies. All disputes will be resolved under ecclesiastical law.

Agreement to Join

I Voluntarily agree to join Sherpa Ministries, a Ministry formed according to common law, governed by ecclesiastical law, and interpreted by Ministry members who seek to help each other achieve better health and good quality of life. I am voluntarily changing my capacity from that of a public person to that of a private member. My activities within the Ministry are a private contractual matter that I refuse to share with the Local, State, or Federal investigative or enforcement agencies. I fully agree not to pursue any course of legal action against a fellow member of the Ministry unless that member has exposed me to a clear and present danger of substantive evil, and upon the recommendation and approval of the Ministry.

Free Will Declaration

I enter this agreement of my free will without pressure or coercion. I affirm that I do not represent any local, state, or federal agency whose purpose is to regulate or carry out any enforcement, entrapment, or investigation mission. I have read and understood this document, and my questions have been answered fully to my satisfaction. I understand that I can withdraw from this agreement and terminate my membership in this Ministry at any time, and that my membership can and will be revoked if I engage in abusive, violent, menacing, destructive, or harassing behavior towards any other member of the Ministry.

Membership Termination

Sherpa Ministries reserves the right to terminate membership at any time if a member’s behavior is deemed contrary to the ministry’s mission, principles, or values. Members may also withdraw their membership by providing written notice to Sherpa Ministries. Members must cease using Legal Sherpa and any other ministry services upon termination.

Governing Law

All activities, interactions, and services related to Legal Sherpa are governed by Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction, common law, and the rights guaranteed under the Constitution of the United States, the Charter of Rights of Canada, and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR). This agreement is not subject to statutory or regulatory law created by public government entities.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Legal Sherpa, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. You acknowledge that your participation is voluntary and that you enter this agreement freely without coercion. This agreement begins when you join Sherpa Ministries and/or access the Legal Sherpa Platform.
